Welder - Zeeland Area

Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on different materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to production requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the welding area.
• Grind, deburr, and finish welds to meet aesthetic and functional standards.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Relevant AWS (American Welding Society) certifications or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing welding environments.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

• AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, or other advanced welding certifications
• Proven ability to interpret complex blueprints, cut, fit, and fabricate components
• Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick) across various materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum)
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
