Extol, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Precision Fabricator! This position is responsible for fabricating high-quality components and assemblies used in automation and equipment. Strong candidates will demonstrate exceptional welding and fabrication skills, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that helps deliver on project timelines and budgets.

• Provides precision fabrication of components and assemblies using welding, machining, and metalworking techniques to meet exact specifications.
• Maintains high standards of workmanship by carefully interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication instructions.
• Ensures quality and accuracy by inspecting finished parts, verifying measurements, and making adjustments when necessary.
• Works collaboratively with engineering and production teams to resolve design challenges and support continuous improvement.
• Develops efficient fabrication processes while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding or metal fabrication preferred.
• Experience with welding processes and metal fabrication techniques, including interpreting blueprints and working with precision measurements.
• Experience using fabrication equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments to produce high-quality parts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members.
