: $16/hour
Schedule
: 1st Shift – 8:00am-6pm Monday-Thursday. Fridays and weekends as needed.

Reports to: Production Manager
Position Summary:As a Food Production Associate, you will be responsible for producing our Pangea Complete Crested Gecko Diet. Key duties include assembling equipment, measuring and packaging product, labeling, inspecting quality, and preparing items for inventory and distribution. Success in this role requires a strong focus on safety, teamwork, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Measure, weigh, and fill bags for packaging
- Assemble and maintain production equipment
- Seal, label, and inspect containers to ensure quality standards are met Transport finished goods to designated inventory locations
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Prioritize tasks effectively in collaboration with the team
- Participation in annual full inventory audit
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, with excellent attendance
- Capable of solving problems and working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift, walk, sit, and use hands
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to safely use a pallet jack
- Work may involve exposure to hazardous equipment and conditions
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and around distracting or uncomfortable noise levels
- Must be able to remain calm and productive in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
- Cross-training in other Production roles as needed
