• Monitor production metrics and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.

• Proven experience (3-5+ years) in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe work environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S).

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce (e.g., Spanish)
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and reporting
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams)
