• Experience: Product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning.
• Results: Proven continuous improvements and consistent progression in roles and responsibilities.
• Product Design: Circuit design and component selection experience.
• Manufacturing Process: Familiarity with controls, programming, launch.

  Experience in quoting, price negotiation, etc.
• Lighting Knowledge: Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team‑based atmosphere.

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
