Experienced Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Experienced Electrical Engineer with strong technical skills and an affinity for business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, trust‑based environment and enjoys a hands‑on approach to manufacturing and innovation. This role offers a broad scope of daily responsibilities within our LED lighting division.

• Lead product and process innovations, driving continuous improvement.
• Design and select components for LED and lighting circuits.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams on controls, programming, and product launch.
• Perform quoting, price negotiation, and other commercial activities.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring alignment with quality and schedule targets.

• Experience in product or process innovation and a perpetual drive toward learning.
• Proven results in continuous improvement and progression in responsibilities.
• Product design experience in circuit design and component selection.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (controls, programming, launch).
• Experience in quoting, price negotiation, or related commercial activities.
• Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plus.
• Proven leadership ability and teamwork orientation.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a green card.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
