Bookkeeper - Zeeland Area

Salary Range: $50,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Bookkeepers. • Process accounts payable, including invoices for raw materials and production supplies.
• Manage accounts receivable and generate invoices for manufactured goods.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconcile subsidiary accounts.
• Assist with inventory record-keeping and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Process payroll for all staff, including factory and administrative personnel.
• Prepare routine financial reports such as P&L statements and balance sheets.

• Proficiency in general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, Quick Books) and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of manufacturing financial processes and reporting requirements.

• Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
• Familiarity with basic cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience processing payroll for a manufacturing workforce
