* Job Purpose:
** This position is responsible for managing the promotion and sale of the company's publishing product through contacts and visits to educational centres, academies and bookstores. Following the strategic lines set and defined by the Commercial Management, in order to achieve the proposed annual objectives.
** Key
Position Responsibilities:
*** Ensure the highest quality of service with potential and existing customers, maintaining the necessary relationships with other departments of the organization to provide a complete service of advice and service.
* Carry out the necessary visits and maintain contact with assigned clients.
* Visit potential clients in Academies and Official Language Schools to promote the publishing projects that make up our product catalogue.
* Manage contacts with the assigned bookshops to promote and sell our products, ensuring appropriate positioning and checking compliance with marketing campaigns aimed at end users.
* Manage the formalization, monitoring and management of the contract to ensure compliance by the parties involved.
* Ensure the maintenance of the latest news and market information that may affect the results of the objectives set, with the main focus on the customer.
* To know the products and services in detail to be able to make effective and differentiated presentations to customers.
* Update the information necessary for the correct management and monitoring of the customer's lifecycle, respecting and ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and obtaining metrics that help in decision-making.
** Requirements that candidates must fulfil:
*** A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
* Strong knowledge of account management, promotion of products and services and involvement in strategic account management of prospects.
* Ability to work with short, medium and long term objectives.
* Ability to manage time as a fundamental tool to achieve set objectives.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A driving license is a must.
