Site Engineer; Spanish Speaker

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site in accordance with project specifications, technical drawings, and HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics to ensure smooth project flow.
• Support the Project Management in resolving technical and operational challenges on-site.
• Review and interpret technical drawings to plan and execute construction tasks efficiently.
• Ensure the implementation of Synergy’s HSE policies and promote a safe work environment.
• Prepare and maintain daily site documentation, including progress reports and records.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation and project handover procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Proactive, disciplined, and solution-oriented personality.
• Located in Spain (preferred in Zaragoza)
