Junior Accountant - AR & AP; Shared Services

We are looking for junior/graduate accountants and finance professionals to join our new Finance Shared Services Center in Zaragoza city center. We have opportunities in the following areas:

Main activities:

• Create new supplier accounts and support database management
• Manage the procurement process and control
• Control and validation of received invoices
• Reconcile invoices and payments
• Support EDI, Self‑bill or Retro‑billing processes with suppliers
• Manage and update SAP customer data

Main activities:

• Management of the AR and support to sales team
• Internal/external relationship management (customer, sales organization, controllers, operation)
• AR reconciliation
• Customer overdue and claims follow‑up
• Dispute management
• Management of Accounts Receivables forecast
• Management of daily issues
• Support month‑end closing
• Audit support on AR related activities
• AR related project and process improvement

• Finished Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
• Experience in accounting & finance administration 0‑3 years
• Experience from a large multinational, ideally in manufacturing industry advantageous
• SAP knowledge advantage
• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish or French or other EU language
• Experience with in Shared Service environment advantageous
