Location:

Zanesville, Ohio

Schedule:

Part-Time (32 hours/week)

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday & Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer – Access Control to provide security services at an industrial facility. This position is primarily focused on access control operations, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles are permitted entry. A strong emphasis is placed on professionalism, customer service, and strict adherence to security procedures.

• Monitor and manage access control points for personnel, visitors, and vehicles
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization in accordance with site policies
• Maintain accurate access logs and visitor records
• Provide a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas as required
• Monitor security systems, including cameras and alarms
• Respond appropriately to security incidents, safety concerns, and emergencies
• Complete clear and accurate incident and activity reports
• Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, and visitors

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have the ability to obtain an Ohio Security Guard Card
• Security experience preferred
• Customer service or public-facing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional at all times
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform routine patrols

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
• Demonstrate integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
• Follow all post orders, safety procedures, and company policies
