Retail Associate - Inventory
Starting wages are $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. The more you are available, the more you can earn. This part‑time position offers flexible hours—traditional and non‑traditional—to fit your schedule.
You will work on the floor, counting and recording inventory with precision. You will follow a clear, consistent workflow, walk or stand for extended periods, meet daily performance goals, and uphold the company's Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment.
What You Will Do- Count and record inventory with precision—accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them.
- Uphold the company's Core Values and maintain a positive, safe, inclusive environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- No inventory experience? No problem. We will train.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

The role requires you to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car or plane—including occasional overnight stays.
