Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and processing member purchases
• Assist with payments according to company policies and procedures
• Utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions
• Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; ensure availability of carts/flatbeds
• Assist members with transporting items and cart retrieval according to company policies
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and facilitating safe and efficient member experience

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
