Overview

Seasonal Operations Associate - Colony Square s role involves performing store operations to create an outstanding customer experience. This is an early morning position and you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

• Customer Service:
  Move around the store at a fast pace, assist customers with questions or requests, and provide a helpful experience.
• Executes pricing and signing:
  Update ticket prices and signage on merchandise across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store:
  Pull and prepare merchandise to ensure the styles and sizes customers need are available on the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise:
  Collaborate with teammates to unload shipments and prepare backroom merchandise.
• Backroom standards:
  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Online order pickup:
  Locate and fulfill orders placed on  as needed.
• Merchandise strategy:
  Implement leadership-approved merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards to support the customer experience.
• Learning environment:
  Participate in training and absorb information on products and processes.

Pay Range: USD $12.50/Hr - $15.63/Hr.
