The Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker helps keep shelves stocked and the deli area ready for members. You will support operations and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers, and provide frontline customer service in the deli department, helping deliver a positive shopping experience.

What you’ll doMaintain facility safety by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety checks, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per Company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, and completing required documentation. Secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues; promote Company products and services.
Follow Company policies for Freezer/Cooler areas by complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to Management.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums under certain circumstances. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
