To ensure the Company’s objectives are met in the areas of loading and unloading freight, and providing direct customer service.

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing assigned duties in the warehouse and assisting customers with loading and unloading merchandise.
• Record all required data when processing a Customer’s pick-up, including verification through computer records of merchandise and location, processing pick-ups and/or returns, license number, and vehicle model. Verify that the customer has no balance and can safely receive merchandise. Acknowledge the purchase with appropriate courtesy.
• Issue, receive and store material, supplies and equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain open communication with management. Follow Visual Merchandiser’s displays and keep floor current. Maintain list of customer pick-ups to ensure every customer is assisted and complete the warehouse closing checklist to ensure proper closing.
• Inspect received merchandise, validate its integrity and accuracy in inventory.
• Perform duties in accordance with the Company’s safety rules and operating regulations. Report any safety violations, wear protective equipment, and verify dock gates are secured.
• Accept responsibility for safety and security of company property; maintain a clean and orderly work area and keep records/files in order.
• Undertake and complete other responsibilities as assigned by store management, including assisting with customer deliveries outside of the store. Support any policy, change, system or work rule the Company implements for this position.

• Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to sit/stand for up to a 10 hour shift.
