• Recruit, develop, and manage a motivated team
• Schedule managers and staff based on labor guidelines
• Maintain employee appearance and conduct standards
• Ensure the physical facility and equipment are in top condition
• Manage inventory, food, and supplies
• Handle cash, reconciliation, and deposits
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a safe environment for customers and staff

• Training and certification for restaurant positions
• Completion of Management Training Program
• Field Exam score of 90% or higher
• Serve Safe certification

• Labor usage within ±10 hours weekly
• Minimum Show Bo Evaluation score of 90
• Drive-thru times under 55 seconds
• Food variance within 1.5% of sales
• Turnover rates below 150%
• Kitchen & dining supplies costs within 0.8% of sales

• Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
• Extended walking and standing
