We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Unit Manager position at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. Starting salary for this position, based on experience, is $37.00 per hour.

This position will work Monday through Friday 8a-4:30p in a supervisory position assisting the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing with clinical operations in the community. This role will be responsible for the supervision of both the skilled nursing and memory care halls. As part of this supervisory position, you will be a part of the On-Call rotation and may need to assist with oversight of operations on multiple shifts.

• Oversee Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans and plans of correction.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Complete necessary audits and additional tasks as assigned by Director of Nursing.
