* Job Description:
** - Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse looking to elevate your career? Join our fast-paced, 21-bed Respiratory Med-Surg unit specializing in the care of pulmonary diseases!
- ** Shift Details:** - Position:
Night Shift
- Hours:
36 hrs/week | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Every other weekend required
- ** Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse population of adult respiratory and medical-surgical patients.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Float as needed within scope to similar Med-Surg units such as Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boarders.

* Qualifications:
** - Active Ohio RN license.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience.
- Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips (competency test required on Day 1; failure of competency is grounds for immediate termination).
- Proficiency with Epic EMR is mandatory; lack of Epic proficiency is grounds for immediate termination.
- ** What We Are Looking For:** - Candidates who are adaptable, efficient, and thrive in a high-volume setting.
- Epic proficiency must be clearly documented in referral submission.
- ** Additional Information:** - No on-call requirement.
