Looking for a challenging yet rewarding career with a company that produces some of the world's most recognizable products? In your role as a Sanitation Technician located in our Zanesville plant, you will help maintain plant sanitary conditions and ensure the work area is of good quality at all times. You will work a 2/2/3 biweekly rotating schedule at a rate of $19.26 per hour.
ATaste Of What You'll Be Doing
- Let's Get Tidy–Get to know all areas of the plant as you ensure all areas and equipment are properly cleaned and ready for production.
- Following Best Practices– Adhere to good manufacturing practices as you prepare equipment for production. You'll use all the right safety precautions as you support our efforts to create better mornings and better breakfasts for our consumers.
- Operating Equipment–Operate a pallet jack, cardboard bailer, dock plates, and compactor.
- Reduce Waste–Ensure waste is properly collected, weighed and transported throughout the plant.
- Ability to stand for long hours and be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility with work schedule as well as overtime and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work in various temperatures and environments
- Ability to work in areas with possibility of exposure to various chemical and hot metal surfaces
