Job Summary - 1st shift
We're hiring a reliable Welder to join a fabrication-focused manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with metal, producing quality products, and working in a team-oriented shop environment.
What You'll Do- Perform welding operations according to specifications and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using hand and power tools
- Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and support daily production goals
- Welding experience preferred (shop or manufacturing environment)
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication instructions
- Knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time, first shift, Monday–Friday
