We are currently looking for an organized individual with excellent people skills. Applicants should have the ability to demonstrate competency with multi-tasking. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HR field in skilled nursing facilities. The position oversees the Staff Coordinator function in multiple facilities so all applicants must be willing to travel to these facilities throughout central Ohio.

• Oversee the implementation and coordination of the Human Resources function, including administering HR policies, programs and practices: planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and maintaining.
• Supervise scheduling and payroll processing.

• Healthcare management experience is required.
• Experience in the HR field within skilled nursing facilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities throughout central Ohio.
