Summary

We are seeking a Scheduler to join our team at Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This role is crucial in coordinating staffing schedules and appropriate staffing daily ensuring efficient operations within our healthcare facilities. The Scheduler will contribute significantly to our mission of providing loving care and quality service to our residents.

This position comes with a starting pay rate of $18 an hour.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a Master Schedule to ensure appropriate daily staffing within the community
  • Ensure effective communication of employee scheduling needs and scheduling needs of the community
  • Maintain accurate records of current open positions and schedule needs
  • Assist with hiring needs for current openings depending on community
  • Ability to utilize scheduling software for scheduling and communication
