Dietary Cook I - FT
Lane Regional Medical Center
Assistant and performs cooking duties in the food and nutritional service area following standard practices and complying with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Prepares all breakfast food items for cafeteria and serves inpatient breakfast tray line.
- Assembles and prepares all fried foods and assists with preparation of specialty sandwiches.
- Prepares all bread, potato side items and gravy.
- Washes all items needed in preparing foods and assists cook in delivering food items to cafeteria.
- Prefer High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Prefer 1-year experience in institutional food service cooking
- Prefer Diet Technician certification
- Entry level
