This is a full‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse role based in Zachary, LA. The Registered Nurse will deliver patient‑centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide assessments, treatments, and interventions as necessary. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, documenting care processes, educating patients and their families, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The nurse is responsible for maintaining a safe and compassionate healthcare environment adhering to the highest standards of patient care.

• Proficiency in patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and interventions
• Strong skills in medication administration and management
• Experience in patient education and providing support to families
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration with healthcare teams
• Compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana
• Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
