Keithly Williams Seeds, a large, established, Vegetable Seed Dealer is looking for a qualified Sales Support Coordinator in our Yuma, AZ office.
Position OverviewPrimary responsibility is to satisfy Customer and Sales Representative inquiries, ensure timely and accurate processing of product delivery tickets and invoices, credit and other adjustments. Is responsible for the maintenance and updating of required dates for purchases and deliveries in the system. Prepare all necessary paperwork for the sale and delivery of seed, machinery parts and vegetable transplants. Assist local sales personnel and other offices with the sale and/or transfer of seed and plants.
Provides inventory, open sales orders and purchase order reports to assigned sales representative(s).
Agriculture or Business related preferred.
This is a full-time year-round position. We offer an extensive benefit package. This is fully onsite position.
