We are looking for an outgoing, energetic person who loves meeting new people while working in dynamic environments and holding a non-traditional work schedule. If you’re ready to break free from the constraints of a traditional desk job, ALLO Fiber has the perfect opportunity for you to join our Residential Sales Team doing Door-to-Door sales!
Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commission as well as a company vehicle. We also offer a 3-month ramp-up period with a guaranteed commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES    Hitting the Streets:
You’ll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods, local events, and assisting in covering our storefronts as needed, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services    Building Rapport:
Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market    Demonstrating Value:
Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product’s benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers    Close sales:
Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going    Following Up:
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns. This helps build long-term relationships and exceptional, local service    Provide Feedback:
As a critical part of our team, you’ll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you’ve learned while working in the field    Travel:
As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO, you could be traveling between markets, but don’t worry, we pay for everything and give plenty of notice. Travel up to 50% outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required

EDUCATION/

EXPERIENCE:

* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of previous sales experience
* Previous experience in telecommunications sales is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Travel:
As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO, you could be traveling between markets, but don’t worry, we pay for everything and give plenty of notice. Travel up to 50% outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required    REQUIREMENTS:
* Remain upright on feet for extended periods
