Hourly Wage: $15.5 - $28.5 per hour (plus/minus premiums). The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the location.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick‑Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload products from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure that our products meet their needs.
