Nursing Manager

Job Title: RN Clinical Manager – Behavioral Health

Location: Yuma, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Compensation: $115,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a strong clinical leader with a background in behavioral health and/or substance abuse to join our team as an RN Clinical Manager
. This role is ideal for a nurse who combines clinical expertise with operational leadership and a passion for serving complex patient populations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
• At least 1 year of clinical experience with a behavioral health or substance abuse population
• Psych or Substance Abuse experience is required
• Inpatient experience preferred but not required
• Leadership experience that includes staff management and budget oversight
• Strong understanding of:
• Medical practice and clinic management
• Clinic operational structures and systems
• Policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with physicians and staff at all levels

Salary range of $115K–$130K
, based on:

• RN experience
• Behavioral health/substance abuse background
