Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Behavioral Health team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health unit
- Oversee and mentor nursing staff to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Enforce infection-control and safety protocols
- Drive improvement in health outcomes and staff development
- Active RN License (AZ or Compact)
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- BLS and CPI Certification
- 2+ years of Behavioral Health/Psych experience in a hospital setting
