Overview

We are a rapidly growing wound care company seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners to join our mobile team.

• Provide specialized wound care to patients with chronic wounds, working independently and in team settings.
• Travel to patient homes required, with stipends provided; optional rounding in SNF/Rehab settings.
• Provide timely documentation, prescribe medications, and conduct telehealth or virtual visits as permitted by law.

• Must be board-certified with a Master’s degree in Nursing and able to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or wound care is a plus; hospital critical care experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a compassionate bedside manner.

Salary starts at $135,000 annually.
