This position supports daily recycling and waste operations through physical, hands‑on work. As a General Labor team member, you will assist with bin repair, material sorting, and facility support that keeps operations moving safely and efficiently.

General Labor roles are critical to keeping recycling and waste operations running smoothly. Your work directly supports safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

• Repair and handle carts and bins
• Sort recyclable materials and trash on conveyor lines
• Perform floor sorting and cleanup tasks
• Follow safety procedures and production requirements
• Work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Safety-focused mindset
• Willingness to work flexible schedules

• Hourly pay
