- Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy or moot court experience preferred.
- Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Strong legal acumen and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
- Proficient in client communication and case strategy development.
- Dedicated office space with case management support.
- Access to proprietary AI software for efficiency.
- Swift access to medical records through in-house services.
