MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team onsite in Yuma, AZ.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Lead and coordinate the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating, and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams.

* Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements including information and data needs, business analysis and programming.

* Coordinate all meetings and interface with business units, staff and service providers

* Direct and manage project development from beginning to end while defining the project scope, goals and deliverables.

* Determine if external consultants or contractors should be added to the internal project and/or development team(s) to successfully complete the project.

* Daily Management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests.

* Conduct site surveys documenting existing architectural, network and power conditions in support of IDP development.

* Provide onsite Installation Design Plan (IDP) related technical support for installation teams

* Develop IDPs using AutoCAD from site survey and CCMS documents

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant project management experience

* Experience with planning and developing project schedule

* Experience with resource management

* Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance

Preferred Qualifications:

* PMP Certification

* Prior experience with Navy

* Prior experience with Navy Continuous Training Environment program.

Clearance Requirements:

* US citizenship required and an Active Secret Security clearance required

Physical Requirements:

* Up to 25% travel required or as needed.

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

* The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
