FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY/ STARTING ANNUAL SALARY OF $75,000

Candidates must be based in or around Lake Havasu, Prescott, and or Yuma, Arizona.

We’re hiring a Recruitment Talent Acquisition Partner to manage and support the day-to-day full cycle recruitment for our Lake Havasu, Prescott, and our Yuma, Arizona, Montana, and South Dakota ground operations, which provides a full range of pre-hospital healthcare services primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation. This talent partner supports attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining engagement and communication throughout.

The recruitment talent partner will play a key role in our HR commitment to excellence, shaping our culture, embodying key competencies in human resources and talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

• The Recruitment Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent with the ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs, utilizing strategic talent acquisition techniques.
• Effectively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive candidates using platforms like Linked In, Indeed, and ATS systems. Active presence on Linked In desired.
• Efficiently screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Partner with the local operations and/or human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs.
• Promote our employer brand to align mission and vision with candidates.
• Develop relationships with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
• Possess familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Periodic travel to relevant recruiting events, including schools and industry-related job fairs.
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exemplify excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process including candidate documentation and data records comply with policies and compliance.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
• Experience in healthcare (preferred)
