We are seeking a Pharmacist to join a dynamic hospital team in Yuma, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced pharmacists who thrive in a fast‑paced hospital environment and enjoy collaborating directly with healthcare teams.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
- Current Arizona pharmacy license
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- Cerner and Omnicell experience
- Ability to respond to code blues, provide recommendations, and consult with healthcare staff as needed
- Must answer questions from doctors and nurses and complete consults as part of daily responsibilities
- Board Certified and/or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency
- At least 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience
