The Supervisor, Occupational Therapy will oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy department. This role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and contributing to program development and improvement initiatives.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate occupational therapy staff, including therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow.
• Monitor patient care delivery for quality, consistency, and compliance within standards and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and assist in staff development and training.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to organization policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new occupational therapy staff.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Stay current with advances in occupational therapy practices and continuing education.
• Other duties as assigned.

• OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT)
• BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS)
• MASTER'S DEGREE
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Occupational Therapy. 1+ years  experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Arizona
