Department: Quality Care Rehab

Location: Haven Health Yuma

Compensation: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour

• Patient Care Implementation:
  Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the physical therapist to address patients' specific rehabilitation goals and functional needs.
• Therapeutic Exercise and
  
  Activities:
  
  Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities designed to enhance their physical function and promote recovery.
• Modalities and Physical Agents:
  Apply various treatment modalities, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment parameters to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Patient and Family
  
  Education:
  
  Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and techniques for managing pain and discomfort.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
  Document patient progress, communicate updates to the supervising physical therapist, and collaborate on adjustments to the treatment plan.

• Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
