Job SummaryThe Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use of medications through order verification; assessment of medication selection, dosing regimen, and administration; provide drug information and education; drug therapy monitoring services; and drug procurement. Works closely with medical providers and nursing staff to ensure optimal care is provided. Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department operations or service outcomes.

Job Details- 7 on 7 off Schedule
- $80 - $90/HR DOE
- 11:30AM - 10PM Shift
- Long term contract beginning ASAP - lasting around 3 months with possibility of extension
- BS Pharmacy or Pharm D
- AZ State Pharmacy License
- Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Systematic problem-solving skills
