Pharmacy Manager $6,270.60-$6,888.00 Bi-Weekly

• Engage patients, resolve issues, and promote Walgreens services and health care.
• Oversee pharmacy operations: compounding, dispensing, inventory, insurance claims, technology, and quality.
• Maintain staff hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee relations.
• Plan and execute community and health promotions, immunizations, diagnostic testing, disease state management.
• Analyze pharmacy financials, customer service data, and inventory; identify improvement opportunities.

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist licensure in all Walgreens operating states.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in prescription dispensing, recordkeeping, compliance, pharmacy operations, software, insurance billing.
• Average rating ≥ 3.0 on leadership behaviors in last performance review; no disciplinary actions in last 12 months.

• Supervisor experience directing pharmacy staff.
• Minimum 6 months Walgreens experience.
• Average rating ≥ 3.7 on leadership behaviors in last performance review (internal candidates only).
