General Description

Seeking an applicant to provide support to a financial adviser(s) and his/her client database. We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven candidate who embodies and upholds our CORE values. Do you lead with honor, have integrity and the ability to build strong lasting relationships with our clients with the ability to balance work and life?

As the conduit to our clients, advisers, and business partners, you will apply your strong communication and analytical skills in the day-to-day operations in the processing of any new and current applications for Assets under Management (AUM). You must have strong math skills and the ability to process information from notes obtained from advisory teams. Your attention to detail, accuracy and assertiveness in preparing or updating these applications is vital for the well-being of our clients and adviser teams.

To ensure success in this position you will have the ability to maintain knowledge of products and resources, the company’s policies and procedures, as well as being an effective communicator. Top applicants are detailed oriented, motivated and have excellent people skills in order to build sustainable and continuous relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Attending training provided by the company to enhance knowledge
  • Answering phones and other daily office duties
  • Quality control of paperwork preparation and processing of applications

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • 1+ years client service experience, preferably in related field
  • Successful completion of provided training
  • Proficient computer skills with MS office suites
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong math skills
  • Analytical thinker
  • Detailed oriented
  • High sense of urgency
