A thriving private dental office in Yuma, Colorado is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its close-knit team. This is a rare opportunity to practice full-scope dentistry in a supportive environment with minimal competition, broad clinical freedom, and strong mentorship for those who want to grow.
Position Highlights:
– Full-time general dentistry for patients of all ages
– Nearest orthodontist is 1.5 hours away, and specialists are 2+ hours out – ideal for a dentist who enjoys doing a bit of everything
– Fully digital office with iTero, cone beam, and TVs in every op
– 6 operatories currently, with plans to expand to 9
– Patient mix: 60% insurance / 40% cash, no Medicaid
Support & Culture:
– Owner-led practice with a strong focus on continuing education (essentially a mini-residency environment)
– Friendly, team-oriented atmosphere with low turnover
– Current associate leaving on good terms after 5 years
– Open to mentoring newer grads
– W2 employee model
– Daily guarantee of $1000–$1200 or 33% of adjusted production (Year 2: 35%)
– CE time and annual stipend
– Group health insurance plan
– Temporary housing available
