• Review and analyze legal documents and complex fiscal management data
• Apply policy and procedural rules to determine obligations owed
• Research and ensure the accuracy of court order information and pay records
• Communicate with clients and various stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Determine actions required for accurate distribution of child support payments

• One year of experience as a Child Support Specialist in Arizona State Service or equivalent
• Strong understanding of case management principles and legal documents
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and automated information systems
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Investigative research and analytical abilities
• Experience with financial terminology and general financial analysis
• Ability to work in a diverse team-oriented environment
