      • Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with sales goals and market demand.
      • Evaluate trade ins and appraise vehicles accurately to maximize profitability.
    • Pricing & Merchandising
      • Set competitive retail pricing using market data, historical sales, and dealership objectives.
      • Oversee online and onsite merchandising to ensure vehicles are presented professionally.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility of pre‑owned inventory.
    • Reconditioning & Quality Control
      • Coordinate with service and detailing departments on reconditioning timelines.
      • Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards prior to sale.
    • Sales & Performance Management
      • Support sales staff with product knowledge, pricing strategy, and customer inquiries.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory turns, profit margins, and days‑to‑market.
      • Develop strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.
    • Compliance & Documentation

      • Maintain accurate records for appraisals, acquisitions, sales, and wholesale transactions.
