Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (3pm to 11pm)

Ranchwood Nursing Center in Yukon, OK is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Ranchwood Nursing Center, you will work an 8‑hour shift, providing residents with personal care, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for its achievements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents in a manner that ensures their safety and comfort, following community policy.
  • Promote and support the greatest possible degree of resident independence.
  • Advise the supervising charge nurse of resident status at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Contribute knowledge of resident conditions and needs to resident care plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within established policy and procedure.
  • Observe and report on resident conditions, documenting observations as required.
  • Comply with procedures for safe lifting and transfer of residents per established policies.
  • Perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
  • Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
  • Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
CNA Requirements
  • State certification as a nursing assistant.
  • Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
  • Highly developed observation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
