Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night 7pm to 7am

Ranchwood Nursing Center in Yukon, OK is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift from 7pm to 7am. • Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administers medications/treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician's orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies and secures equipment supplies.
• Directs and oversees subordinates.
• Participates in duty assignments.
• Organizes and coordinates subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversees and monitors function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and institutes appropriate discipline/training.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates and documents accidents/incidents.

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
