Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 / year

Our client, a manufacturer is seeking a hands‑on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations in a 24/7 continuous production environment. This role manages a team and is responsible for improving equipment reliability, ensuring safety, and driving a proactive maintenance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team
• Promote safety and accountability across operations
• Reduce repetitive breakdowns and improve plant reliability
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, and facility systems, including automation and robotics
• Balance hands‑on technical support with strategic leadership and process improvement

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical systems background
• Proven success improving reliability and leading technical teams
• Experience with continuous operations or automation a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
