Persons residing or working within 100 km radius of Dawson city, YT, and who have a legal status to work in Canada. Please note:
Candidates will be expected to report for work at Dawson City, YT at their own expense. Preference for this position will be given to qualified Tr'ondek Hwech'in beneficiaries. In the spirit and intent of the Yukon Umbrella Final Agreement, candidates who meet the essential qualifications and identify as members of the Yukon First Nations will be appointed first; followed by candidates who meet the essential qualifications and identify as Indigenous Peoples.

Duties
As part of Parks Canada's energetic Visitor Experience team in Dawson (YT), Heritage Presenters deliver multiple daily interpretive presentations, programs and activities to provide visitors of the historic site with opportunities to discover, appreciate, learn about and enjoy the place and its natural and/or cultural resources and understand their significance to Canada. In a nutshell, you will develop and deliver engaging, meaningful and thought-provoking interpretive programs to help visitors understand and appreciate various aspects of the Klondike, past and present.
