• Prepare, clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols
• Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with infection-control and OSHA standards
• Monitor and organize sterilization supplies and equipment
• Assist with inventory management related to sterilization and clinical supplies
• Support clinical team by maintaining clean and organized treatment settings
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

• Previous dental or medical sterilization experience preferred
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols faithfully
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to patient care
