Role Summary

The Call Centre Agent plays a crucial role in generating company revenue through outstanding customer service and sales expertise. This position involves efficiently handling incoming phone calls and email inquiries, promoting products with a courteous and professional demeanor to drive sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails directed to personal or shared customer contact channels, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively identifying and meeting customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed call volume and revenue targets set by the company, utilizing effective sales techniques and customer service strategies to drive performance and achieve sales goals
  • Provide customers with comprehensive flight and airport information, assisting with itinerary changes and updates
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Air North products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Must haves
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to haves
  • Ability to speak French or other languages
  • Previous Call Centre experience
